For Whom the Flag Flies at Half-Mast
The passing of Fred Mitchell occurred on October 17, 1998. The
funeral service was held on October 22, 1998.
The flag atop the Thorvaldson Building will fly at half-mast today in
memory of Mr. Mitchell.
He was a former Board member of the University of Saskatchewan.
