LAW LECTURES

On Monday, March 2, Gilles Duceppe, Leader of the Bloc Qu颩cois and
MP for Laurier/Sainte-Marie, will deliver a lecture entitled Qu颥c?s
Right to Deal and Vote a New Partnership. Mr. Duceppe was the first Bloc
Qu颩cois MP, elected in 1990 and the first MP to win an election under
the banner of the Bloc Qu颩cois. The lecture will take place in the Law
Library, College of Law, beginning at 12:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome to
attend.

On Wednesday, March 4, Judge Thomas Gove, Provincial Court of British
Columbia, will deliver a lecture entitled Redesigning Child Welfare
Through the Story of One Child. The lecture will take place in the Moot
Court, College of Law, beginning at 11:30 a.m. Everyone is welcome to
attend.
